Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management, Klessheim (ITH)
Since 1965, the Salzburg Tourism Schools have developed a worldwide reputation of the highest hospitality education. The international programs of the school are designed to give practical and modern management knowledge to empower students for international careers. Limited numbers of scholarships are being provided by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) every year. Scholarship applications have to be received before by May 1st of every year.

In addition to the Tourism and Hotel management modules, students have the possibility of participating in the TT (Teacher's Training) programme,which empowers the students with up to date methods of teaching.
By so doing, the students can return home and impart the knowledge that they have acquired in Klessheim to future tourism specialists in their countries. This will further facilitate tourism development around the world.

Aim of the school
School Campus
The aim of the school is to improve the students' practical and managerial skills to enable them to work in Management Positions in their home countries. At the end of the course students may undertake 3 months practical training in Austria. During this training the students get deep insight into the organization of an Austrian Tourism Business and can improve their practical knowledge, and as well as their German.
Accommodation
For the International Students the accommodation is provided in the Kavalierhaus, which is located within the School Campus overlooking the Golf Course. It is only 5 minutes walk from the School building. Some of the students are provided accommodation at the Boarding House situated within the School Building.
